Well regarding the first article, I study know at days even the sm solelyest word or act could require are lifes a lot. We are all assorted which makes each mortal take acts or actors line in a different way that we do, making us much careful of what we word. But personally I specify that is ridicules because I do believe we should behave with a mien that is appropriate at work, but there come multiplication that a comment or a statement could be interpreted out of text thus multitude fetching it the wrong way. So we do got to be careful with what we say but people similarly got to understand that we all say different and if or soone says something and it offends us we should stop to think that the person might be meaning something else but do to a different way of thinking that each person has we develop the wrong heart and soul. But of course we should behave with a respectable manner during are job and we should watch what we say in the lead we even think about saying it. Now spirit at the case I believe that there is some discrimination at times because people campaign to egg on up the person that will make him look disclose and sometimes that person is not the best for the job. But in this specific case I believe that the comments that were made were taken out of content and the officer receive the wrong message.



Which is a great example of my point of view that do to the point we all have different minds thus we think different makes us at time get the wrong message a person was trying to give us. So to summaries everything, I believe that there are some times were people get the wrong message from another person exactly because we all think different but I also believe there are some people who try to take advantage of other and try to trick them by sending them a mix message which I acceptt believe is the reason in this case we studied.
